- Flossing (this is one that us folk over here in Britain are particularly bad at statistically speaking)
- Brushing twice a day
- Avoiding sugary drinks and food
- Living in an area in which fluoride is added to the water supply (according to the British Fluoridation Society)
- Not using screwdrivers, paperclips or your feet to remove items lodged between your teeth! (see the British Dental Health Foundation&#039;s 2006 survey)</description>
